Program Description

Routine is the enemy…CrossFit is designed, purposefully, within its own definition: a fully functional system of constantly varied movements performed at high intensity. This system remains a quantifiable and trackable approach to elite fitness, allowing our athletes to track their unique progress in their journey of fitness. 


CrossFit is both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport, incorporating elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, and other exercises.

Prerequisite

Every athlete joining our CrossFit membership program will need to complete our CrossFit prerequisite OnRamp and Foundations Course before attendance of any CrossFit classes. Our OnRamp course is designed to outfit each athlete with an understanding of barbell methodology and athletic safety. This mandatory requirement for OnRamp completion is standard with most CrossFit boxes striving to educate and protect their athletes.


The OnRamp course covers three, one-hour sessions, 1-on-1 with a Blue Republic CrossFit coach. The OnRamp Course is $210, payable in segments of $70 after each session.   


Athletes with previous CrossFit experience do have an option to test-out of the OnRamp course by exhibiting basic knowledge of effective movement and patterns in both Olympic barbell movements.
